pcl-cvs で CVS serverへのアクセスが出来ない。

(先ほどは、メーリングリスト参加のメールをメーリングリスト自
体に流してしまい申し訳ありませんでした。)

Meadowからpcl-cvsを利用してのCVS Serverのアクセスができずに
困っています。　
解決策をご教授いただけないでしょうか？

1. CVS Server
   Linux tnt 2.4.18-14 #1 Wed Sep 4 13:35:50 EDT 2002 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux
   Concurrent Versions System (CVS) 1.11.2 (client/server)

2. CVS Client    
2.1. cygwin
     Concurrent Versions System (CVS) 1.11.17 (client/server)
     terminal上にて ssh-agent を利用しての CVS Serverへのアクセス可能。

2.2. Meadow-3.00-dev (KIKU)
     pcl-cvs (Meadowのインストール時にインストールされたバージョン)

M-x cvs-examine を行うと
