infoの検索で落ちる

お世話になります田中です。
meadowでinfoを実行後、iキーによるLookupを実行するとmeadowが落ちます。
エラーのダイアログは以下のものです。

OSはwinxp sp1です。
回避方法などあれば教えていただきたいです。
