Open anonymous CVS server for MULE-UCS.

I am very pleased to inform you that anonymous CVS server for MULE-UCS
is opend to the public.

This CVS server is provided for distribution of up-to-date MULE-UCS
version, and convinience for developers.
Currently, there are two branches in this repository, one is main
trank, the other is akr(Tanaka Akira san)'s branch.

Because I am very busy with my main work(research on physics :-),
I can hardly develop new version of MULE-UCS now.
Even the newest version of MULE-UCS on main trank is not adapted to Emacs 20.4.(;_;)

But, akr-san made new personal version of MULE-UCS, then commit them
to this server.  This version of MULE-UCS is executable on Emacs 20.4.
I thank to him for his contribution.

The following instruction shows how to check out MULE-UCS.

(1) login 

cvs -d:pserver:anonymous@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx:/Open login

And then send empty string as a password.

(2) check out

cvs -d:pserver:anonymous@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx:/Open co mule-ucs

or 

cvs -d:pserver:anonymous@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx:/Open co -r akr mule-ucs

(If you would like to check out from akr's branch)
