Linux マシンで試してみたところ *~ は無視されました。
*~ は無視されなかった Windows マシンで、
c:/Documents and Settings/miyoshi/Application Data/Subversion/config
の global-ignores のコメントアウトを外すと、svn status で *~ が無
視されるようになりました。
同時に、TortoiseSVN でも *~ がリストアップされなくなりました。
Windows 側の svn の設定がおかしくなっちゃっている?
