  MSVCRT.DLL      (5.00.7303)
  MSVCRT20.DLL    (2.11.000)
  MSVCRT40.DLL    (4.10.6038)
  MSVCRTD.DLL     (5.00.7303)

3... Microsoft Visual C++ を導入していますか？ 
  Vidual Studio 97 (Vidual C++ 5.0) + SP3

環境 2 ====================
1... 御使いのWindowsは何でしょうか？
  Windows95       (4.00950 B)
  (IE4.0 プリインストールモデルだが IE4 はアンインストールし
  ています)

2... <Windows Directory>\system32にある MSVCRT*.DLLは
  MSVCRT.DLL      (5.00.7303)
  MSVCRT20.DLL    (2.11.000)
  MSVCRT40.DLL    (4.10.6038)
  MSVCRTD.DLL     (5.00.7303)
