まあ、署名と名前が違うのは私にもわけわかりませんが、...
まあ、どっちも名前を書けば良いんでしょう。

法的に効力のある署名ってのが、どんなものか分からんですが、
Alphabetと漢字両方でSignatureの方は書いておいて、
Print your name:の方は漢字で書いておきました。

## CITIBANKの時に署名したけれど、両方の国で効力持たせるために両方
## 書くもんだと理解しています。
