Thank you for advice to use cmail on meadow.
but i cannot say good news.

perhaps, My Meadow binary or elisp is broken,
because with only Mr.Tsukaraha's and kanji code setting of .emacs,
I take error *Messages* as folles:

this is probably why i cannot send mail with MIME and KANJI :-(
Then i just comment out these,

Ummm.
Really I had a hard time. 
There is not a method, I do and cure installation.
