  SEMI の標準設定では entity を file として抽出するための method として、
tm-file という外部 method を用います。これには tm 大盛り package に含ま
れている shell script 群が利用可能です。

  もっとも、よほど大きい entity を扱うのでなければ

	(eval-after-load "mime-view" '(require 'mime-file))

などのように設定して、mime-file.el を使う方が便利でしょう。

  この部分、無意味です。特に、nntp の coding-system に junet-unix を使う
